Please keep in mind that once your items have left our warehouse, whether overseas or in-house, any risks associated with shipping, such as loss or damage, become the responsibility of the client. LUMINOUS LANE cannot be held liable for any such issues.

 

TAX & DUTIES

For international shipments, it is the client's responsibility to pay for any customs and duties charged by the country of destination. It's important to note that sometimes no tariffs or duties are applicable, but clients should confirm with the relevant customs service for the specific country. LUMINOUS LANE is not responsible for these costs or any delays caused by customs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items that do not reach their destination by a specific date due to delays in shipping.

 

INVOICES

Please note that our invoices are in AUD (Australian Dollars), and LUMINOUS LANE is not liable for any currency exchange costs.

  

RETURNS

At LUMINOUS LANE, we take pride in creating custom designs just for you. Due to the unique and personalised nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we recognise and respect the rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Laws. Please note that we will not accept returns for items that are considered "change of mind."

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Before shipping out our products, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that they meet our high standards. However, if you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask that you do not use it and instead take photos and send them to NEON@LUMINOUSLANE.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If you believe that you received the wrong order or that there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at NEON@LUMINOUSLANE.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the items, and we will work with you to find a solution.
